Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all MyFemiCare products. See our Money-Back Guarantee page for full conditions and how to submit a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us at support@myfemicare.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@myfemicare.com. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will reship or refund at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Only one bottle per customer is eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee.
  • Claims submitted after 75 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Unopened products are not eligible for a refund. Our money-back guarantee is intended for customers who have used the product consistently for 60 days as directed. If you have not opened or used the product, no refund will be issued.
