• The claim must be submitted within 75 days of delivery.
• The guarantee only applies if you have used the product consistently according to the recommended daily dosage.
• Only one order per customer is eligible for a refund.
• We ask for a brief explanation of your experience so we can continue to improve our products.

How to Submit a Claim

2. Include your order number and a short explanation of your experience.
3. After your request is approved, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 business days.

In some cases we may ask you to return the remaining portion of your order.
